Good morning teacher and classmates, today I going to talk about the behavior in Korea.
I would like to visit Korea, because it is very different from here. This country is beautiful and
has beautiful tourist places, but there are different behaviors. We have to consider behavior,
because it is very important to them.
1. When you receive something, you have to put both hands because that's like a show
of respect to adults.
2. To greet, you should generally bow your head down, so you are showing respect to
adults or your boss.
3. Althought you don't know how to use chopsticks, you have to learn how to use them,
because it is very important for them. They eat with chopsticks for all their meals, but
sometimes they use a spoon for some foods. Eating with chopsticks is normal for them
4. Tradition dictates that someone older has to sit first at the table and start eating, after
you must wait to be told where to sit, because you shouldn't be impolite, you have to
be respectful with someone older.
5. When you enter a house, you don't have to wear your shoes inside. It is appropriate to
wear clean socks and leave shoes outside.
6. In the case of women, women cannot wear blouses that show off the shoulders,
because in that country it is bad and rude. when you visit that country you must be
considérate.
7. Although you are on public transport with a few people, you have to speak softly(sof
ly). Talking loud is rude to people.
8. You have to be honest and sincere with people and more so with adults, because they
will always ask you about your age.
And that’s all. Thank you.
