At present, a large number of people have been observed who have become coffee consumers.
This is because people feel they need additional support to continue with their daily routine.
However, they are unaware of the great risk they can run, since excessive consumption of coffee
causes damage to the body. That is why, below, the two main causes why coffee has become a
problem for society are mental health and physical health.
First of all, the main cause that coffee consumption is a problem for people and society in general
is mental health. As people continuously consume coffee, they are experiencing a mindset shift as
they begin to feel anxious. This, in turn, promotes irritability. I mean, people say they get irritated
by anything, even things that don't irritate other people. For example, a young man touched his
friend in the living room to greet him, but he noticed that he was very upset and simply stood up
and left. So, they are effects that by a simple greeting a person can be irritated and if this
continues it can generate a picture of stress in the person. Another negative effect is the sleep
problem, since depending on the consumption of coffee this causes damage to your mental
health. Therefore, as a coffee consumption schedule is not controlled. As a result, you can get
indefinite sleep schedules, which already affects your overall nervous system.
Second, another important factor that makes coffee consumption a problem is physical health. In
other words, the impact on the body of spending long hours drinking coffee can be summed up in
an increased risk of damage to physical health. One of the most general damages that began to be
felt in the body is the acidity in the stomach. That is, caffeine regulates certain functions of our
organs that do not allow them to perform their functions correctly. As a result, this can lead to
irreversible damage to the kidneys. So, it is that the kidneys have to make a double effort to
absorb minerals from food that in the long run are damaged. Another negative effect that is
reflected in physical health is cholesterol, which is a danger, because it regulates blood flow. Also,
this causes uncontrolled leg movement. For example, Karen works out at the gym three times a
week. However, she can no longer concentrate in the same way because she has trouble
controlling her body because she has pictures of irregular movements in her legs and hands. And
so, it is how little by little less physical activity is carried out in the body.
In conclusion, the reasons why coffee consumption is a problem for people are in mental health
and physical health. Likewise, it is important to take them into account, since it is necessary to
regulate the consumption of coffee in society.
