GOOD ATTITUDE
When facing a problem or challenge, the most important thing is the attitude you have and
the interest you have in solving it. How many times do you think about your problem with a
positive attitude instead of stressing out?
According to medical studies, people who think positively have a lower risk of dying, this has
been analyzed by many researchers who have identified practices that help you to achieve
and sustain a positive attitude toward your future. Two of the examples that caught my
attention are to:
-Savor pleasure, nowadays technology is
moving us away from enjoying the moment in
real time. We tend to live moments without
paying attention to what surrounds us, as we
are always busy doing our things. Therefore
we should slow down and focus in order to
enjoy ourselves.
-Interact within positive environments and
with positive people, everyone that is around
your environment influences you on how you
interact with people and how you treat them,
the reason why you should do things and stay
with those who motivates you, and rejoice in
your achievements.
Moreover, in my personal experience, in order to maintain a good attitude, reading quotes
helps me a lot to have more confidence in my capacities and skills, which helps me to know
myself better, thus being more optimistic when overcoming obstacles. Here are some quotes

However, sometimes it is hard to always maintain a good attitude. Everyone can have a bad
day, therefore you should allow yourself to have bad days. People usually think that crying
and being sad is not fine. On the contrary, I find it necessary. We are all humans. We should
normalize unhappiness at a certain moment, as it can be a way to let off steam. The key is
knowing how to control your emotions and find a balance between having a good attitude and
being sad, so then you can feel better with yourself.
You can find attached a video of Sarah's personal experience, who suffered from cancer, and
she tells you how keeping a good attitude during her illness has helped her to find her
passions back.
