What is be a good leader for me? I think that a good leader is attentive, serious, participative and very collaborative. I consider myself a leader to naturalize, I like to be organized, participatory and attentive.  In my house and personal live I am independent of my daily activities and I study, I also help with the housework, supporting the monthly account, helping my little sisters academically and organizing small family activities.  In my school and social live In group work I am the one who organizes the team, although it is difficult for me to speak in exhibitions, I contribute with ideas and assertive solutions. In general, in group work I like to lead, be like a mediator, give the rest an opportunity and include them in the work.  My personal project As I mentioned before in the other essay, my personal project is the protection of the environment. In conclusion I am a person who likes to help, listen and participate in activities. I consider myself active and in solidarity with the environment and I seek to generate small changes that make a difference.
