Zero First

If I eat too much chocolate, I feel sick.

if/when + present + present/imperative

We use the Zero or Real Conditional to talk about

things that are generally true in the present or in

the past , in particular laws and rules, or to give

instructions if a condition is met.

If you see a spider, run! It gets cold here when the sun goes down. If we called each other names, my parents grounded us for a week. Zero Conditional

If it rains tomorrow, we won't go camping.

We use the First Conditional to talk about future

situations we think are likely or probable to

happen.

I can't go out if I don't finish my homework. If you pay attention, you may see a shooting star. They might arrive on time if there isn't much traffic. First Conditional

If I have enough money, I'll go to a safari trip next summer.

Present Simple Future Simple

1.If you do exercise, you will be healthy.

2. If he eats tacos, he would have been happy.

3. She will buy a new cellphone if she works.

4. They would be sad if you will come.

5. I won t have money if I do not work.

First Conditional. Read the sentences and select R or W (RIGHT or WRONG) if the

sentence is Correct or Incorrect. Pav attention to the grammar rules for FIRST

Zero & First Conditional. Read the following sentences and drag the word "ZERO" to

the blank when the sentence represents a zero conditional sentence, or "FIRST"

when it represents a first conditional sentence.

1. If I eat seven hamburgers, I will be full!
