OBJECTIVE:
Improve listening speed, pronunciation, automatic vocabulary recall and confidence.
TOTAL WEEKLY TIME: 3 HOURS MAXIMUM
Suggested structure: 2 or 3 short sessions.
OPTION A - 2 DAYS PER WEEK (1h30 + 1h30)
DAY 1 (1h30) – Listening + Vocabulary
• 20 min: Listen to British English (BBC Learning English or hotel dialogues).
• 20 min: Write 10 new useful words/expressions.
• 20 min: Repeat sentences aloud (focus on clarity).
• 20 min: Shadowing (listen and repeat immediately).
• 10 min: Record yourself and compare.
DAY 2 (1h30) – Speaking + Simulation
• 20 min: Review vocabulary.
• 30 min: Practise 10 receptionist phrases until automatic.
• 20 min: Listen at 1.25x speed (train your brain for fast speakers).
• 20 min: Role-play situations (check-in, complaints, taxi request).

  • Second listening with subtitles.
  • Write and repeat key phrases.

DAY 3 – Real Simulation

  • Practise receptionist phrases.
  • Simulate difficult or fast-speaking guests.
  • Speak freely about your hotel and services.

MONTHLY PROGRESSION: Weeks 1–2: Focus on clarity and confidence. Weeks 3–4: Increase listening speed to 1.25x. Month 2: Add more complex situations (complaints, overbooking). Month 3: Practise under time pressure.

DAILY MICRO-HABIT (5–10 MINUTES): Listen to British English while commuting and repeat one useful sentence aloud.

IMPORTANT: Your grammar is good (B1 high). Your main goal: speed, automatic vocabulary, and confidence. Consistency is more important than long study sessions.
