How has industrialisation changed the way people live?
It is no news that, as years pass, our world never stops in terms of
industrialisation. Everything we need, and sometimes never thought
we needed, is approachable without any kind of effort, thanks to the
many individuals that started working for our benefit many years ago
and have never stopped since.
The television, the radio, the internet, these are all products of the
industrialisation and have entirely changed the way we communicate
and act on a daily basis. Although there is a minority of people who
prefer living according to the custom, it is commonly acknowledged
that anything we now take for granted and use as a result of habit,
would have not been possible if it hadn’t been for the willpower of
many.
Moreover, the world of industry has turned cities into multilingual and
multicultural melting pots, making it possible for people to connect
and moves easily around the world, not mentioning the fact that it
has brought to life new jobs, and left behind others.
In light of the above, industrialization resembles a turning point in
society and its value should not be underestimated.
