A. INTRODUCTION.

In part 1, I showed the process of creating an e-commerce application to manage a bookstore, where people can read books online and rent books. In addition, the skills that I used and developed during the project and pointed out the strengths and weaknesses for team members to develop together in the future. In this assignment, I will describe the dynamics of the team to have a good influence on the completion of the project "Building a commercial book management application". In addition, the daily report will address continuous professional development (CPD), including their definition and importance. Members' performance, roles and contributions to our latest teamwork project will be discussed. As a result of this study, setting our personal goals and drawing up plans for the future is also essential for holistic career growth.

B. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OFTEAM DYNAMICS IN THE SUCCESS AND/OR FAILURE

OF GROUP WORK(P5).

  1. Definition of team dynamics. Group dynamics is how individuals behave, interact, communicate, and collaborate. That's how they appear, treat each other and work together. Group dynamics can be positive or negative and can be an effective predictor. (Bennett, 2021) Team dynamics are created by the nature of the team's work, the individual personalities within the group, their working relationships with others, and the environment in which the team works. (Myers, 2013) Team dynamics can be good - for example, when they improve overall team performance and/or get the best out of individual team members. They can also be bad - for example, when they cause unproductive conflict, demotivation, and prevent the team from achieving its goals.
  2. The importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group work.
  • Team processes are important and affect team performance and quality. Here are some points about the importance of group dynamics: (Hutabarat, 2020) Motivation: The motivated team is very excited to contribute to the project. Unmotivated workers do just enough to avoid criticism. Worst of all, the team's lack of attitude leads to poor quality of work, the success of the project.

b. Failure factor Even though I was the team leader, it was initially difficult for the members to cooperate since there was no alignment, which caused a lot of delays. Sometimes we become distracted and take a very long time to complete tasks. Actually, it goes faster. Facebook is one of the things that keeps me from finishing my tasks on time. I use Facebook occasionally as a break, but there are also instances when I become sidetracked and forget to concentrate. During the project, we found many weak points of each other and therefore the connection between me and the team members was not very smooth, but thanks to that, our leader always made us discuss and talk to each other to overcome each other's weaknesses C. WORK WITHIN A TEAM TO ACHIVE A DEFINED GOAL (P6).

  1. Introduction of my group work. Realize the development of virtual reality technology in society. So, our team organized a training event for most bookstore managers are inexperienced in using e-commerce to manage bookstores. We're going to host an event where they can come and learn "Develop an e-commerce application to manage the book store.". To help bookstore managers adapt to modern technology Name of the Training program: “Develop an e-commerce application to manage the book store.” Time: 25 December 2022 to 29 December 2022 Participants: including programmers from management companies, staff at bookstores and bookstore managers. Place: Novotel at Da Nang City Goals of the Training program:Goal
  • Provide application and management skills for an online bookstore management software.
  • Instructions for using the online bookstore management application.
  • Demo the application for the participants.
  • Organize app-savvy games.

Purpose

  • This event provides information about a bookstore online management application.
  • Introducing the management of the bookstore through the management application.
  1. My role in the group work.  Editor (Phung Huu Minh Khanh) Khanh is assigned as an editor. He is responsible for creating and editing slides for both the event and the training course. He designed and hung posters and banners around the university campus such as in front of elevator and the announcement boards.  Content (Nguyen Tran Son) Son offers ideas and initiatives on Content Marketing Increase the number of programmers' event participation. The ultimate goal is to help bookstore managers understand e-commerce and adapt to modern technology. In addition, Son is also the event promoter for programmers, bookstore managers. If anybody asked about event meaning, he would be the one who answer and keep in touch with them.  My contribution As a member, I have to have the foresight to plan back-up and make this training one of the most meaningful events for bookstore managers in Da Nang. Nang. First, I will assist the team leader in organizing and taking on the team leader's assignments. Second, I will contribute on how to decorate and edit the group's active content. In addition, I assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the events to be held.
  2. Result of group work. After spending time working together to create a "basic but very important" GitHub project, our team reflected on this to plan improvements. Teamwork has provided us with the necessary knowledge for our future work. My time management skills have really improved a lot, from being late to deadlines, I gradually learned to prioritize work, and at the same time make a daily plan to achieve the highest efficiency. Problem solving skills and critical thinking skills are completely out of reach for me. Working on this project has given me a lot of knowledge that I can put into practice. For example, the "5 reasons why" technique is one of the techniques I use the most to solve problems. In conclusion, I made this project a bit difficult in the beginning, but in the end, the results were successful as expected. Personal values have been upgraded and proven through this project.

Opportunity: I have the opportunity to learn foreign languages well and use foreign languages effectively and the languages I can apply in the future are Japanese and Korean. In addition, along with my major is IT and I am in the club at the school so it is an opportunity to help me develop in the future. Threats: The threat to me is knowing about the size and requirements of a new job and that is the double challenge for me. In addition, the competition for work also has a great influence on me in the future. b. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator:

Figure 2 : Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. My type is: ISFJ-T. It shows that I am an introvert with 58%, along with that I also have a strategy in life and apply it very well. In addition, I am a warm and humble person, efficient and responsible, always choosing practicality in life. More than that, the role of the ISFJ-T is to be cooperative and pragmatic, capturing and creating order, security and stability. That's why I'm quite hardworking, meticulous and traditional, like to stick to my plan. c. Learning Style According to Fleming J. (2001) in Pritchard A. (2008), there are four learning styles how people collect information:  Visual: This kind of learners tends to learn by seeing things. For example: Charts, graphs, diagrams or symbols. The best way to present to visual learners is by showing them the relationship between different ideas visually. For instance, when explaining a scientific process, it can be done by using a flow chart.  Auditory: This type of learners prefers to learn by listening through lectures, tutorials or group discussions. Auditory learners learn best when information is presented to them via strategies that involve talking, such as lectures and group discussions. They can benefit from repeating back the lessons, having recordings of the lectures, group activities that require classmates explaining ideas, etc.  Kinesthetic: Kinesthetic learners are individuals who prefer to learn by doing. They enjoy a hands-on experience. They are usually more in touch with reality and more connected to it, which is why they require using tactile experience to understand something better. The best way to present new information to a kinesthetic learner

describe charts and diagrams by written statements, take written quizzes on the topics, or give them written assignments. I used the learningstylequiz.com website to take the test to identify my learnings and give results on it so I could know how to study effectively for myself. Below are the results of my study test: Figure 3 : learningstylequiz Result. The test scores in Figure 3. proved that I am a Visual-ISTP ( INTROVERTED SENSING THINKING PERCEIVING ) learner. This means that I am an active learner and worker, and not one to sit around and watch others have all the fun. In addition, I enjoyed learning with several modes to support my learning such as hearing and vision. In fact, hearing and seeing help me absorb and absorb information about the subject the teacher is teaching or describe and remember it. With these lessons, I can solve problems with memory and learning. However, my students are characterized by seeing and hearing being the majority but lack of learning by reading and it takes me a lot of time to read reference materials and thereby slows down the learning process. and problem solving.

d. Motivators I took a motivational behavior test (accessed via seemypersonality.com [December 21, 2022]) to see how my motivational behavior is and how I deal with it and the results are as follows: Figure 4 : My motivational behavior report. Actually, I'm not very active, and as I did in a similar post, I'm a paternalist. I'm usually not very motivated to do an assignment or an important task. But when I found it important enough, my motivation skyrocketed. I usually give incentives along with a reward when I complete the assignment and because of that I usually focus on the task and finish it very quickly and ignore the difficulties that I feel at a disadvantage. from it. Furthermore, I am also motivated to avoid things that I do not like (including crowded activities or noisy parties).

  1. Definition of CPD (continuing professional development). Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is the ongoing process of developing and maintaining professional skills. A CPD program might be conducted as formal courses, or in a more informal manner, through coaching, mentoring, or on-the-job observation. Every professional should be given access to Ongoing Professional Development programs, both for the benefit of the organization and for the satisfaction of the employee. (Growthspace, 2022). In practice, CPD can mean everything from taking a training course or attending an educational event, to studying for new qualifications or learning new aspects of a job. CPD combines different methodologies to learning, which includes training courses, seminars, workshops, conferences and events, webinars and online eLearning programs. CPD can also include sharing
  • Enhance talent and private thinking, besides filling information gaps. For example, me and my friends often talk after the lecture to avoid any misunderstandings about the assignment.
  • Teaching others are one of the best approaches to keep my information readily available, otherwise I'd be looking for superior stats at the lecture.
  • Make it possible to advertise or reorient my career. I usually have a backup plan and a positive understanding of the business.
  • Provide examples and beneficial situations to highlight my achievements and career advancement in my CV, cover letter and interviews. I'm taking an organization's community development certification pathway.
  • Reduce feelings of uncertainty or anxiety about change. E. PRODUCE A DEVELOPMENT PLAN THAT OUTLINES RESPONSIBILITIES, PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES AND REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND LEARNING FOR OWN FUTURE (P8).
  1. My Expected CV. Figure 6 : My Expected CV.
  1. Setting Goals. Careful planning for our future is important and it will make our lives more meaningful. In addition, it also makes our plans go more smoothly and effectively in the future. For me, I use a method that is quite enjoyable and effective for me, which is S.M.A.R.T, below I have made a table of goals and plans that I plan to apply in the future for myself. The following. It is divided into 2 types of goals: short-term (less than 1 year) and long-term (over 1 year).  Short-term Goals Specific Measure Attainable Relevant Time-Bound Learn 1 more musical instrument. Can play piano, play basic music, and meditate. I am currently taking an online class on basic guitar and violin playing. Music can relax me and reduce stress. This helps my mind to avoid overload. Set aside around 30 minutes to 1 hour a day in my free time to practice. Learn programming language (HTML) Take every lesson every day and build a website based on my own learning. My major is IT and I have a cousin who is very good at web programming and he can guide and teach me about it. Knowing how to program the web will make it possible for me to get a job there, and help me graduate from my university. Every day 1 to 2 lessons at Codecademy.com and learn 20 hours that the website has set out. Table 2 : Short-term Goals.  Long-term Goals Specific Measure Attainable Relevant Time-Bound Conquer C# program language Develop an app base on C#. I am learning C# focus and take part in academic club in college. It helps me build my portfolio to apply to company. Before I graduated in my university. Have high position in the company Become the important person of a group I read books related to teamwork in my spare time to change my mind and learn from the mistakes of others in a group. It helps me learn how to give importance to those around me along with a good and stable salary. Before I reached my 30s

 Analytical and research skills Instead, as much as you think a question/problem presented to you is a piece of cake, be very wary of giving a rushed answer. Take the time to analyses the situation, think of all possible scenarios, and if possible, ask for some time to go and do some research to find out more. Being analytical, but also having strong research skills, differentiates one employee from the other. It demonstrates your determination, your ability to assess different scenarios, and your commitment to be 100% sure before giving an answer to your employer. It could mean the difference between a badly thought-out idea and something that may gain the company a huge profit! Figure 8 : Analytical and research skills.

 Teamwork skills: In professional environment, where each field are divided specifically, one person cannot handle all the process. To prevent the overload and not meticulous, working together is what we should do. Figure 9 : Teamwork skills.

  1. Strengths and Weakness. Strengths Opportunities Agile, nimble Can be flexible in different environments of enterprise. Good communication skills Keep a peaceful atmosphere in conversations, avoid situations that are detrimental to me. Fast learner, trendy Personal society knowledge is always up to date, easy to reach different off. Weakness Threats Lack of confidence Always consider myself worthless, and fear failure when doing something new. Distraction Late deadlines, negatively affect the quality of the result.
