b. What constitutes good team dynamics? While human behavior is unpredictable and inconsistent, most, if not all, social psychologists agree on some aspects that contribute to effective team dynamics. They are as follows: Shared purpose: The important characteristic of a winning team is that all of its members are working toward a same objective. When representatives work alone, they prioritize their own needs over the interests of the team and the firm. Decision-making, on the other hand, becomes easier when all delegates share the same goals. Trust and openness: Another crucial characteristic of a successful team is trust. Team members must be able to trust one another in order to freely discuss their thoughts. They must be informed that their ideas will be considered and that there is no such thing as a negative suggestion. This fosters an environment based on trust and openness, in which participants may express themselves without fear of punishment or embarrassment. Trust also includes people believing in one another's work ethic and abilities. Willingness to correct mistakes: Team members must be in a position to own up to their faults rather than blame them on others. They must be willing to learn from their errors. So that they can broaden (or polish) their skill set and contribute to the company's success. Diversity and inclusion: Diversity is a quality shared by all productive teams. They are made up of people from all walks of life who have all had their fair share of life experiences. When an issue is placed to such a team, the variety in backgrounds allows them to design a succession of unique answers. Their minds are
processing information in vastly different ways, resulting in radically unique thoughts and ideas. Participative leadership: Micromanagers are bad for team dynamics. They frequently weaken a worker's confidence, thus creating a distrustful workplace. This entirely eliminates the incentive to come up with novel solutions. As a result, participatory leaders are in high demand. Instead of pushing their strict thought process onto others, they take a step back and let the talent of their other team members to show through. They instead incorporate positive behaviors such as meaningful teamwork and mutual respect. II. The importance of Team Dynamics in group work. Improving team chemistry is worth the time and effort required, since it provides several benefits to a company's operations. Some may believe that a team works together by definition, yet the following characteristics of bad team dynamics are easily avoidable: Weak Leadership. Deference to Authority Blocking Groupthink Freeriding Evaluation Apprehension
C. Work within a team to achieve a defined goal (P6). I. Introduction of my group work. a. About the group. Our group was founded as a result of a project named "Plan for the development of an e-commerce system comparable to the "Foody" Company" which was implemented for the employees of the company. Our group is called "T1," and it is made up of four people: me (Huynh Minh Huy), Nguyen Tan Minh Duc, Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran, and Vo Anh Tu. Note: We will organize a meeting to allocate duties to each team member based on personality, attitude, and capacity to delegate work to each other. “I saw that Tu's ability to guide us throughout the project has been outstanding thanks to his determined and energetic demeanor. He enjoys sharing his views with the team and can patiently listen to the ideas of team members. Duc is a person who have better listening skills than presenting his ideas and he rather to work alone. He only gives information when other members need him. About me, I am an open person and like to share my idea with the team and is willing to tackle my problem with no shame. Tran is the has the same personality of me, however with less effective communication skills.” Figure 2 : My group

b. My contribution. As a facility management, I am well-versed in facilities and lighting. Before the e-commerce session on March 26, 2022, I reserved a conference room and planned a tea party with a variety of delectable treats. One of the most crucial aspects of organizing an event is the stage and lighting, therefore I must properly set up the stage and lights so that the event runs well. Last but not least, I also pick appropriate attire for my member to wear to gatherings. III. Result of group work. Our team will assess mistakes for future improvement after cooperating on the "Plan to establish an e-commerce system equal to the "Food Company" project." The atmosphere of collaboration supplied us with crucial knowledge for my future work. Being an information seeker was not what I imagined, and I really ran into a lot of issues at first owing to my lack of knowledge. However, through time, I have gained the skill and intellect to contribute to the project's success. My problem-solving and critical thinking abilities are poor, and I have attempted unsuccessfully to improve them. Working on this project has really aided me by introducing me to several tactics that I am now employing. My time management has also improved significantly in comparison to previously; instead of rushing to meet deadlines, I now know how to prioritize work and everyday tasks to save time. In summary, I struggled at first, but the end outcome was as expected. I feel that as the process develops, my own abilities will improve.

practice, examples, or simulations are the greatest ways to communicate new knowledge to a kinesthetic learner. For example, kids can recall an experiment by reproducing it. Reading/Writing: Reading/writing students absorb knowledge best when it is presented in words, whether by writing it down or reading it. Text, in their opinion, is more potent than any visual or audio expression of a concept. These people are typically quite good at writing projects. There are several methods for engaging and understanding a reading/writing learner. For example, it would be better to have them summarize charts and diagrams using written statements, take written tests on the topics, or offer written homework. c. Motivators. Everyone has to find their own drive to accomplish anything. For example, if I am faced with a challenging assignment and am feeling rather stressed, what I generally do is relax for a minute and think about the results I will receive if I complete this job successfully. When our team works together, some of the team members become pretty apprehensive and are unsure if the project will be successful or not, therefore everyone in the team supports each other and considers the outcome. that people will be rewarded for their efforts Figure 6 : Motivators.
d. Myers-Briggs type indicator II. Definition of CDP. CPD is an abbreviation for Continuing Professional Development. It refers to the practice of recording and documenting the abilities, information, and experience that you earn while you work, both formally and informally. It's a record of what you've done, learned, and then applied. The phrase is commonly used to refer to a tangible folder or portfolio that documents your professional advancement. Some organizations use term to refer to a training or development plan, which I believe is not quite correct. This article discusses Continuing Professional Progress as a method of documenting and commenting on one's own learning and development. Figure 7 : Myers-Briggs type indicator.
