I was given an assignment to demonstrated the training events for particular group whose main focus was communication styles and pattern that I had to use for that events. I have completed it by providing and applying the required criteria using various communication styles at training on IT based education. This event Mananjay shrestha (HND / First Semester)

was conducted for two days in secondary level students Which I have completed using proper communication styles and by having proper Time management. I have used both verbal and non- verbal communication to illustrated training for targeted audience. Communication skill is needed in every path of our life. It is the best way to deal with people. Moreover, it will resolve our conflict and misunderstanding. Applying different communication skill and having a strict about my body language I deliver a training as a trainer to the grade 10 students about Database which based on IT education in this topic I categorized the two-day events in theoretical and practical part each day with one hours. Firstly, I started with given basic knowledge about databases. for ex: what is database, where it can be used etc. I have demonstrated them ER Model features and symbol. Similarly, I also explained the Database Schema with it advantages, disadvantages and used. In practical part I had revealed most of them through speech and the power point presentation. Time management is the process of developing or creating schedule as according to particular activities. It is very important in our daily life. I have also used time management to completed this project by allocating around 10 to 20 minutes for each topic. Planning I made a Gantt chart to show following detail of time management and topic that I had used with various communication skill in each topic which I performed based on my assignment. ER model, in this topic I had describe about the features and symbol which used for designing of database. I gave introduction to ER Model through speech. It is easier way to gain the focus through the verbal communication. I had also highlight the need, used and important of ER Model through body language as well as with verbal communication. I stay at this topic for 25 minutes as my time table I set. Just to know simply it is graphical technique which clarify the requirement in graphical representation style. Introduction of Databases schema After I head toward another topic of database which is called Database Schema. In this 18 minutes, I had summaries by verbal communication that what are the advantages, disadvantages, important and key feature which can be used in this topic. I also make clear about the topic what is schema which is a blueprint of how the database is constructed by making two or three simply basic pictures in the whiteboard with having a gesture. Day- Making ER Model according to previous class knowledge Next day, at the same time at the same place with same audience I started my given lecture practically by verbal and non– verbal communication with given example one by one. Moreover, I also made a ER Model for students on the travel & tourism and I also show the symbols with its work right in the class. I had revealed them through speech and the power-point presentation. To complete this, it took me nearly 18 minutes. Demonstrate all the symbol by making ER Model As I have already taught the ER model symbol and features theoretically in previous class in this topic. I have told them the used of each and every symbol by showing example such as how they work and how they are represented. Moreover, I had also given them some task which can help them to know better. Moreover, in this 20 minutes of time as I have already taught them ER model theoretically previous in class it doesn’t take that much time to evaluated them so at last 5 Minutes as per Time in this topic I had given chance to raise a question to students. Besides that, I had stay 15 minutes in Database schema showing the students how it is done. I have explained here the Database schema using speech and the presentation on power point which is both composition of verbal and non-verbal form of communication pattern. I also describe about every version of the Database schema. Similarly, I also make little familiar to the word of databases to the students such as INT, VARCHAR, DATE, DATE TIME etc. lastly, after nailed down I have taken feedback from students for 5 minutes which I need according to my assignment. Conclusion This two-days event was completed successfully which is held in Caribbean school. I created the plan in Gantt chart with the help of the Microsoft project. And I also used the different communication skill like verbal and non-verbal which help me to run the training event. In this event we have done one and one interaction, group discussion, sharing idea with group by the help of communication skill. This two-days event have gone successful due to I follow the proper used of communication skill like verbal and non-verbal communication, facial expression and body languages. Thus, even verbal and non- verbal communication is very excessively in our day to day life to make our work succeed. And I had also described each and every topic in the training. Evidences Task 2/P Introduction: In this task I am going demonstrated how I managed my time in this particular training event. I have used various type of time management skill in this event on the topic of Databases. It is essential to used time management skill in this present era where time is very important. I also give more time to certain topic which is important to understand without having that knowledge on that topic the target audience can go forward so I allocated more time and used different skill to make sure that all the audience get focus toward topic. March 1, Task = Indicate the right topic Time = Around 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM (allocating 1 hours for pick the topic) Contingences plan = postpone for next day at same time (i.e. march 2, 2018) I had preferred at march 1 ,2018 for to select the topic about my event. I had chosen the morning time as at morning there will be no any noise of vehicle as hardly as at day time so, I can think more deeply. Moreover, I had enough time at morning than at day or evening because at day I have to go to my college for study and at evening I have to do my online work. so, I had chosen morning time for this task (topic of event was databases). March 2, Task = Make slide Time = 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Stay around 2 hours) Mananjay shrestha (HND / First Semester)

Contingencies plan: postpone for next day at same time (i.e. March 3, 2018). Make a slide is one of the important factor which help to get effective result. I make a slide at March 2,2018 around two hours. If I was unable to manage time my Contingencies plan was to postpone for next day. But luckily, I was free at morning at March 2,2018 so I made a slide by dividing the time for that event looking at the contain of the topic and I was fruitful to make a slide. March 3, Task= Meeting with School head Time= 3:00 pm onward Contingencies plan = Meeting with coordinator (Unfortunately, if I couldn’t meet the principal then I will meet with coordinator) I was going to provide a training event for grade 10 students at Caribbean school so for that I have taken a permission from a principal for that the school call me at Saturday 3:00 pm because it was public holiday so he was free at that time. I made with him and talk for around 1 hours after that we come to conclusion that event will be held on 5th^ and 6th^ March. March 4, Task= Taking information from internet and Gather resources Time=10:00 AM to 12:00pm (Around 2 hours) Contingencies plan = Doing after 1:pm onward at same day I have collect the resources and take an information at March 4,2018. I have done a research related to that topic so that I can illustrated them easily. Furthermore, I have done a council with school technician for the projector so that it makes easy to illustrated them well. I have chosen this day also as I was free whole day because I don’t have college on that day. So, it is perfect time to collect resources and grab information. Interpersonal skills applied while design a training event As to design the training event is a big responsibility task. we have to arrange each and every thing which is belong to training. Beside that we should have a capability to think deeply as from various ways. Some of interpersonal skills that I have used during the time of designing of training events are as below: Listening skill We need to listen the view of other with a specific end goal to acquire something. For this, we should have a better skill of listening. This skill is the one of the vital interpersonal skill from where we can acquire lot of thing in our everyday life. Likewise, I have used my listening skill by knowing the idea of the whole colleague in the arranging of the event. It is not basically that much important to acquire the idea which we taken after listen. Time management skill Time management skill is known as the arrangement of the time fruitful for achieving the success. We should have to adapt this skill in both personal as well as in professional life. It is play a great role in the person life to make a successful. In the time of designing of my training event, I have used this skill as well. I have make a timetable of task that I perform in my event so that the precious time of trainer as me and the participants as a student doesn’t have to waste time. Creative thinking skills Creative thinking skills is that type skill where it thinks in another way with is complete different than other where own idea include. In the time of training event, there must involve some creative idea that makes the event exciting. As a listener they like the new, interesting idea. So, while designing of the event I have used the create thinking skills such as presentation. Decision making skill To reach toward success or to do something in the life you must able to take the decision even though it is right or wrong. As if we make a decision then we gain something either we win or we learn. Those people who cannot take a decision in the life that type of people lose everything in his/her life. from different people as well different member of the team but also, I make a decision which is my own. Leadership skill Leaders are those people who lead the one person as well the group of the people. This skill make person easier and taken close to their desired goal. As in the time of designing of my event I have used the leadership skills. Effectiveness and application of interpersonal skills during design of a training event As I have early demonstrated about the interpersonal skills which I used in the time of designing of event, it plays a great role in design the training event fruitfully and effectively without any fault. As it is not possible to design the event if there is an absence of interpersonal skill. It can certainly rise up lot of problem when applying the interpersonal skill while design of an event. Apply this interpersonal skill, it handful to known the skills and gather the idea from other persons. We can arrange the time effectively so that we can understand the timetable of the training. Furthermore, we can form our own decision so that it doesn’t allow any confuse about what the thing should be perform or what should not be. Similarly, we can have various creative idea which result as event interesting. It is very easy to plan with the hand of interpersonal skills. As a result, there are lots of application as well as effectiveness of the interpersonal skills in the time of designing an event. Interpersonal skill used while delivery of a training event Beside play a great role in designing the event it also plays an important role while delivery of an training event. Interpersonal skill has a great hand to makes an event successful. Some of the skill that I have used while in the time delivery training event are as follow: Body language As there are some part which can demonstrated well by body language than by communication. It is one of the vital thing that apply while delivery an event. Meanwhile, I haven’t been present in the training event before as a trainer so it was my first experiences due to I used to forget some line while delivering it.
