What is Message? A message is a communication or a statement that is sent from one individual or group to another. This describes the information that the sender is communicating to the receiver. This involves the content of the message. The message may be facts, opinion, feelings, order, suggestions, and questions.

Speech Act
A speech act is an utterance that serves a function in communication.
Speech Context
Speech context is about the environment where the communication happens and
how the message is relayed during the process
Speech Style
Speech Style it refers to the form of language that the speaker utilized which is
characterized by the level of formality.

MESSAGE IN SPEECH CONTEXT Intrapersonal Communication -in the manner of contemplations, affirmations, choices, self-fulfillment, and experiences. Public and Mass Communication -highlight community-related issues at the national and general levels. Dyad and Small Group Discussion- mirror the message and themes of socialization.

MESSAGE IN SPEECH ACT •The goal of a speech act determines the message it conveys, allowing the speaker to direct, assert, commit, express and declare ideas.

I really like you The initial message makes an assertion before switching to an expression. The guy starts to wonder where he might answer first and is perplexed. Due to the abrupt transition, he can also have trouble expressing his emotions. No one can dance as cool as you does.

I'm sorry to say, but your condition is not improving. Doc, what should I do? I need to heal. My family has a lot of problems, and I don't want to be part of them. Please do all you need to do. I don't want to add to their problems. The message implies a consultative speech style but then shifts to an intimate and casual style. The doctor will definitely be confused about how to respond to the patient because the message is twisted. It is hard for the listener to know what the speaker needs to clarify or understand.

Communicative StrategyCommunicative Strategy Communicative Strategy These are the strategies or actions to successfully communicate information. It acts as a model for communicating information about a particular problem, circumstance, or audience.

The effectiveness and structure of the speaker's thoughts, those of the audience, and the topic or discussion's message can all be severely impacted by a quick change in communication strategy, speech style, act and context.

Effective communication depends on being capable of communicating effectively. In addition to providing information, communication also promotes effort, alters attitudes, and stimulates thought. In the absence of it, misconceptions emerge, communications are twisted, and learning is inhibited. Thus, the intended message can be considerably impacted by changes in communication strategy, speech act, speech context, and speech style. The listener receives a radically different sense of the message, and the duration of the engagement is drastically affected.
