I. GENERAL INFORMATION
TITLE : Community Extension Services Program 2020-2021
THEME : “Without Sense of Caring, There Can Be No Sense of Community”
LOCATION : The Notre Dame of Isulan, Inc.
PARTICIPANTS : NDI Administration and Faculty Staff
DATE : November 7, 2021
II. RATIONALE:
Community Extension Program is a voluntary action of any public or private group, which aims to extend some
help and support to a community in order to uplift the status of the people. It can be in any forms such as providing
medical care, financial assistance, educational assistance and more.
III. DESCRIPTION:
The Community Extension Services Program will be organized by the Community Extension Service (CES)
Moderator with the partnership of the Administration and Faculty Staff of The Notre Dame of Isulan Inc., it will
commence at exactly 9:00 o’clock in the morning of November 7, 2021.
IV. OBJECTIVES:
A. To promote a sustainable school community development.
B. To facilitate partnerships among administration, faculty and staff in support of strengthening community
relationships.
C. To promote the importance and belief in the power of unity in groups and organizations to act collectively to
develop a meaningful life in spirituality and richness of our culture and nature.
D. To develop committed and dedicated community leaders who put premium on the common good, bridging
social divides and fragmentation.
E. To advance knowledge through research work and apply the concept of Service Learning in improving the
quality of human life in responding effectively to social changes and conditions.
V. EXPECTED OUTPUT:
The organizers of this activity are doing all the possible things that will make this program worth conducting.
Everyone is expected to do their part and responsibility to be able to showcase the unity and diversity of all
individuals, groups, and organizations in participating in this activity.
