To: Employees Esol College From: HR Department Date: 28 th^ April 2021 Subject: Working from Home Dear Employees, Firstly, I would like to thank all the employees’ including teachers and administration staff for maintaining the reports they have been given and marking attendance daily while doing a fabulous task during the online program. But since we are not satisfied as certain employees are not attending phone calls, missing attendance marking, not maintaining reports they have been given, less communication and not maintaining the daily task reports, it has been decided by the management to take following actions effective from 28 th May 2021 and this would affect in ending the probation / service with the employee. Attendance ➢ If attendance is missing for more than 3 days of an employee it would be considered as unauthorized leave day. If in any case you miss to mark the attendance you can send an email to [email protected] but this should not happen continuously. ➢ If attendance is missing for more than 7 days continuously, the employee would be considered as a person who has left the organization without a notice and would receive a letter from the HR Department. Reports ➢ The Daily Task report would be introduced to class teachers as well from 1st^ June 2021. ➢ If the daily task report is not been maintained by employees (Both academic and Administration) it would also be considered as a leave day and if this is not maintained continuously employee would be considered as a non- working employee for the company. Meetings ➢ Attending Meetings ➢ Completing tasks given during the meetings ➢ Presenting required reports during the meeting.
