Components:
FOOTINGs
- 5 under bearing walls 16 under exterior walls
FOUNDATION
- 8โ€x8โ€x32โ€ pressure treated rectangular columns (21 total) that rest on top of the footings
- Anchors are spaced 4โ€™ apart in each load-bearing wall (all exterior walls and both interior walls)
CONCRETE DRIVEWAY
- 6โ€ concrete to support 4500psi with a slight slope for water runoff.
FLOORING
I. Main Floor
A. The concrete foundation acts as the flooring in order to support heavy machinery and vehicles.
B. 50ft by 35ft; 6โ€ thick to support 4500psi
II. Loft
A. Twenty-two 2โ€x12โ€ southern yellow pine lumber, 15โ€ on-center spacing, for floor joists
B. 35ft by 30ft
C. Built for 40psf
WALLS (excluding doors)
General info:
- each corner (4) has 3 studs and there are 4 T-junctions that contain 4 studs each
- Each wall had a double top plate made of 2โ€x8โ€ southern pine lumber.
- Each wall has 15โ€ on-center spacing
- SIDING: one layer of plywood sheathing with another layer of steel siding. Both are nailing into place

DOORS
I. Regular Doors
A. Headers are made of three 2โ€x8โ€x4โ€™ southern pine planks nailed together with (cut in half)
1/2โ€x4โ€x8โ€™ plywood fillers in between each plank (2 fillers)
B. Has 2 king studs, 2 cripple studs, and 2 jack studs (all from 2โ€x8โ€ lumber)
II. Garage Door
A. Headers are made with three 2โ€x8โ€x16โ€™ southern pine planks nailed together with 1/2โ€x4โ€x8โ€™
plywood fillers in between each plank (2 fillers)
B. Has 2 king studs, 24 cripple studs, and 2 jack studs (all from 2โ€x8โ€ lumber)
III. Barn-Style Doors
A. Headers are made with three 2โ€x8โ€x8โ€™ southern pine planks nailed together with two 1/2โ€x4โ€x8โ€™
plywood fillers in between each plank (2 fillers)
B. Has 2 king studs, 4 cripple studs, and 2 jack studs (all from 2โ€x8โ€ lumber)

Supporting beams A. Eighteen 15โ€™ support studs using 2โ€x8โ€ lumber with ~2โ€™ on-center spacing III. Outer framing A. Eighteen 30โ€™ studs using 2โ€x8โ€ lumber with ~2โ€™ on-center spacing B. Has very, very slight overhang IV. Outer materials A. Plywood sheathing over the rafters then wood steel shingles over that. Both are nailed into place.
