Gibbs' model of reflection, the reason is Gibbs’ reflective cycle is arguably one of the most famous models of reflection leading people through different stages to make sense of an experience. It covers 6 stages:  Description of the experience  Feelings and thoughts about the experience  Evaluation of the experience, both good and bad  Analysis to make sense of the situation  Conclusion about what you learned and what you could have done differently  Action plan for how you would deal with similar situations in the future, or general changes you might find appropriate. III. Self-Reflection (Gibbs’ model of reflection) III.1. Description: As the information from the assignment 1, I am a person who has a tendency to be introverted, so that my college life from the first year until now can be seen that it is a bleak life. I did not attend any university events, nor did I join clubs (although these can help me gain communication experience as well as help me meet new friends). However, there are subjects in my class that require a group presentation, such as a managerment project of the second year. In this subject, the presentation group was randomized by the teacher and I was grouped with people I had never talked to. I still finished my lesson and submitted it to the group leader on time that day. However, during work, I had many problems. For me, I always had a thought that I always listened to everyone's opinions. The reason is that because of the people I contact for the first time, I will have a reservation and I do not want to give an opinion, because it can cause debate among the members of the group (And for me this is quite annoying because I do not want to spend time with people I do not know much about them). One more thing is that I only need to score my subjects at a sufficient level, I do not need high grades because this will make me lose a lot of effort to complete my homework. However, in my group there are some members who tend to be perfectionist, they always want that they have to get good grades so they made a numerous of requests, and of course I disagree with that, So there was an argument with the members in the group. It is also understandable that instead of absorbing, I immediately dismissed the opinions of those members and I still held my point. This makes them feel that I do not respect their ideas and things become stressful. III.2. Feelings : I can see from myself that one of my weakness is ineffective communication with team members, this is also one of the feedback that my tutor, Mr. Hoang Anh Duy told me when giving the whole class conducts a group-related activity. And the second weakness, this is mentioned at 1 assignment, is that I hate the crowd, and do not like talking to strangers. I can only talk to people that I feel they can be friends with. That's why after completing the presentation of project managerment subject , I felt that I was not the wrong person in this story, I just wondered why there are people who matter so much about getting such a high score? On the next day, there were some people in the group who asked for a redo the project to upgrade the grades, so i agreed with them to avoid the argument as happened at the beginning. However,

after redo the report to gain points, our grade was raised by 5 points (from 65 points to 70), and this made me felt quite uncomfortable. III.3. Evaluation At that time, I felt it was too difficult for me to handle this situation, I had to spend an extra day completing the report and just to get another 5 points, this was not what I wanted. At that time, I should be more assertive about giving my opinion that it was not doing the report again and was not interested in the opinions of others. And I realized that it is not easy to be satisfied with others, sometimes it also brings frustration to myself, because people are so perfectionist, they will never be satisfied with what they are having. III.4. Analysis According to what was written above, the situation became worse because of my attitude, because at first I insisted on keeping my opinion, that was the only thing I wanted to pass my course moderate level, not necessarily a high score. However, when I was asked to retake the lesson to raise points, I agreed, but the results were not as expected, I tried to please others but what I received was just exasperated for myself. In feedback, My personality is also reflected in personal brand analysis, I am a sharp, warm and thoughtful person. However, I often hide my deep feelings. My friend, who had been with me for nearly ten years, once told me that I was a self-sacrificing person. I always thought of helping people close and important to me first and I didn't ask them to give me anything back. So, I will ignore this, and I will practice enduring and this will help me to increase my patience, this will be an important factor to help me in future work. III.5. Conclusion According to the information mentioned above, I can see that my weakness (ineffective communication with team members, hate crowds, and dislike talking to strangers) will be Negative impacts on my future work (jobs related to hospitality). To compare with the criteria of a perfect personal brand, the fact that I find it difficult to communicate and do not want to talk with strangers is not match the Expertise criteria of an effective Personal Brand. So, I will have to create a plan to help me improve this weakness. III.6. Action plan To achieve the goals I mentioned earlier, a detailed plan has been tailored to and shown in the table below :
