Statement of the Problem
This study entitled “Relationship between Communicative
Competence and Teaching Internship Readiness of Teacher
Interns” aimed to determine how communicative competency
affects the readiness of teacher interns. Specifically, this
study attempted to answer the following questions:
1. How may the profile of the respondents be described in terms
of:
1.1. age;

respondents and communicative competence?

There is no significant relationship between the profile of the
respondents and their communicative competence. This means that
age, sex and field of specialization is not connected with the
respondents’ communicative competence.

respondents and readiness for teaching internships?

There is no significant relationship between the profile of the
respondents and their readiness for teaching internship. This
means that age, sex and field of specialization is not

internship.
