Good day! I, Myrell Jud A. Aviso, a candidate for graduation this coming October 2019, has a deficiency of overload
during first semester of school year 2017-2018. During that time, it was only my second semester in T.I.P and I was
an irregular student. The reason that I had an overload was that my courses takes on my previous school was not
credited yet, so my ARIS account classified me as a first-year student, and it showed that I was allowed to enroll 26
units. I maximized the allowed units showing in my portal and I was not aware that since I was taking courses which
are mostly third year courses that I had to follow the units for that year level. I apologize for incurring an enrollment
violation.
