market. Yet management’s current knowledge of this country’s trade policies
and barriers is limited. You should make a complete report to the management
incuding the following:
- Brief intro about the seafood company and its products (choose 1 real
company)
- Outline the most important trade barriers that New Zealand impose on
foreign seafood products
- Develop a strategy for entry into New Zealand’s seafood market. You
may choose 1 among the following strategies: exporting, licensing,
franchising, joint ventures, greenfield ventures, Merger & Acquisition
(M&A) and strategic alliances.
