Mang esang resto and ihaw ihaw located in tablac candon
city ilocos sur. And this is actually owned and managed by
dominador gambol and his wife jessie gambol and they are
the resident of San Agustine,candon city.
-Base on my interview, I starts my discussion from a first
question is that
“why did you decide to pursue a career in this business of
restaurant?” he answered that he was inspired from his
sister who was actually running a business of selling fast
food in streets. That’s why he decided to invest his savings
by opening a business of restaurant.
What are your best decision making process why they are

The restaurant business is highly competitive. This means that if your restaurant
constantly faces problems and if you do not solve these problems, then you could soon
find yourself out of business.There are a number of common problems that many
restaurant owners and managers face. Here are some of these problems, and some
