The next stroke is the “Overhead Backhand Stroke” as the shuttlecock comes at the left side or your court slowly turn your body facing to the back of the court and as you turn your body facing the back keep your racket arm as close to your body to ensure a good swing. Next is the “Underarm Forehand Stroke” as the shuttlecock comes into the front of the right court move your right foot forward then raise the height of your racket towards the target so that you can able to turn the shuttlecock to the opponent’s court. And the last stroke is the “Underarm Backhand Stroke” you should always in a ready position, as the shuttlecock comes in front of a left side of your court move your right foot forward near with the target then when the shuttlecock comes swing the racket towards the target.
