staff, including monetary compensation, training, vacations, or insurance (Linkedin 2023). It is not implemented in certain instances because it is more difficult to implement than it appears to be in principle. Analyzing the employee motivation strategies used by Timber Building Company and learning practical methods for motivating staff by the organization’s executives will help you better grasp what could inspire employees. The scenario at Timber building company demonstrates that, depending on their working circumstances and possibilities, employees with respectable salaries may not be happy. The company in this scenario has several original workers, although they could lose their jobs since businesses and industries started replacing human labor with automated technology within the past ten years, and unemployment has become pervasive. Additionally, just two methods of motivation—"competitive salaries" and "three weeks of vacation a year"—were specified, neither of which is enough to increase the productivity of the staff at Timber Building Company. More in-depth research of the motivational theories offered can give the owners a better understanding of their employees’ and their lack of motivation (Robbins 2018). The two engineers in this scenario are working in different departments and neither have a direct supervisor to answer to. When you do not have a direct supervisor to answer to people tend to be less motivated to do their jobs well. Since the company has robots doing a lot of the work, they do not have any construction crews, and this also has a big impact on the employees’ motivation. Human motivation is mostly dependent on communication, whether it be through pay or other rewards. The point that "different effective organizational communication practices may contribute a lot to motivating its employees and increasing their performance and loyalty towards the organization" might be emphasized (Linkedin 2023). Hence, a lack of emotional support and communication may prevent engineers from being motivated.
