Education plays a pivotal role in individual lives and is incredibly important because this sector helps individuals to improve their skills, critical thinking abilities, and gain knowledge. This contributes to the growth of people, allowing them to pursue their goals and live successful lives. Education is a powerful tool for progress and growth, not just for a person but also in society and the economy, resulting in development and innovation. Our study chose this sector because education is not just about acquiring knowledge and facts; it’s about growing and developing the whole person and building a foundation for a better future for everyone. Additionally, it is a key for growth and success. In the education sector, these factors are often difficult to control and represent common problems that can lead to negative effects, especially for working students:

  • Time Management Challenges: This factor investigates the difficulties and complexities working students encounter in prioritizing and allocating their time among academic responsibilities, work commitments, and personal matters. This is crucial for working students as they must effectively balance their education and employment.
  • Financial Strain and Pressure: LifeMate as a Financial Organizer. This factor examines the impact of economic burdens and monetary concerns on working students. Since many working students struggle financially, it is important for them to have a system to manage their finances properly. This will help them balance daily allowances and mitigate the psychological stress associated with financial instability.
  • Work-Academic Stress and Balance: This factor explores the psychological and practical pressures faced by working students in their academic and professional lives. We consider this factor important because balance is essential for working students when it comes to their education, work, and personal matters, helping them to avoid stress and maintain well-being
