Over the period of this course, there has been a massive improvement in my professional disposition. When we started-off, my self assessment showed that I had strengths only

in two areas and they are: Professional ethics and reflective practice, it was interesting to note that I had numerous areas for improvement and the areas for improvement are: 1)

Social Justice and Equity 2) Collaboration and Inclusion 3) Critical Thinking and 4) Lifelong learning. During this course, I had consistently followed and implemented what I

have learnt and discovered, this has resulted into a massive shift towards the positive direction in my professional disposition. I have discovered that my current Disposition after

a final self assessment as shown in the table above is that I now do the following:

A) My written works & interaction reflects understanding of diversity and I consistently model respects for colleagues.

B) I consistently value & build relationship and consistently provide the opportunity for others to demonstrate their abilities, ideas and point of view.

C) I consistently makes connection between concept, experience and concepts. I also seek and use theory, research and data based evidence to strengthen interactions in the

business context.

With the above, you will discover that I have built up more strength in social justice and equity, Collaboration / Inclusion and Lifelong learning. I am still working on the

improvement of my ability in critical thinking; this has to do with developing my five minds as postulated by Howard Gardner. After this self assessment I discovered that I have

high performance in the Respectful, ethical and disciplined minds but need to improve in my cognitive minds such as; 1) Synthesizing mind and 2) Creative mind. I actually

intend working on these minds until I get it right, although this might take a while but i am willing to continue giving it my best shot.

Best Regards,

Monyei Paul I.
