lack of communication to your groupmates, it’s really hard to start, there are groupmates who doesn’t even care, to be a leader is a big responsibility so you need to command the members. In doing a research it’s very important to have commutation with your groupmates because if you have a good communication to each other it’s easier for you all to finish the research because you’re doing it as one, and if there’s an instances that one of your member is not helping approach them and ask why, lastly being a leader doesn’t mean you’re the only one who’s going to do it approach/communicate, guide and command your members, start and finish it as one.

Reflect on the Experience Directions: On a one whole sheet of paper, write difficulties/challenges you’ve experienced when doing research during your lower years. Opposite the challenges, cite solutions on how you can avoid the same difficulties when doing research. Use the graphic organizer.
