Vision Analytics dashboard with filter criteria that provides user with insights about trends in job postings Goals JobsPikr Insights aims to enable the^ user^ in identifying the following:
- Top skills for which there are highest number of job postings during a certain period
- Top cities with maximum number of job postings during a certain period
- Top recruiters based on different criteria during a certain period
- Month-wise number of job postings as per filtered criteria
- Skills sought by top recruiters
- Industry-specific job trends User problem Analysis of trends that helps user identify:
- Skills that are in overall high demand
- Geographic locations of job postings
- Recruiters with high number of open positions and high offered remuneration
- Month-wise trend of job postings based on number of positions, with criteria filter of top skills and top recruiters
- Skills for which top 10 recruiters are hiring
- Demand for skills and job trends in specific industries (more than 100) User value 1. The dashboard helps user in streamlining their candidate search and ensuring better candidate and recruiter match by identifying skills that are in demand 2. Enables efficient candidate search by targeting locally available candidates 3. Ensures higher number of recruiter sign-ups due to effective targeting and efficient lead generation 4. Identify historic trend of demand for skills, thereby enabling effective forecasting 5. Increase in revenue generation by ensuring high candidate selection for top recruiters 6. Enables reach out to niche industries and industries with specific skill requirements
