A.INTRODUCTION

In the world today, arts and crafts are getting more and more advanced and creative by using new technology. For graphic designers, it is safe to say 3D Printing is still a brand new technology which is difficult and seems to be far-fetched for them to understand and apply it into their works of art. Below is a little information about 3D Printing, especially 3D Printing in Sculpture. 3D Printing, or additive manufacturing, is a process of adding materials on top of itself to create three-dimensional objects by computers control. However, we are concentrating in 3D Printing in Sculpture and trying to bring the new technology for the artists or graphic designers. Since 3D Printing allows artists to create work of art with more complexity, this technology will path the new way of creating arts. The first ever 3D printer was produced in 1983, which seems hard to imagine. Technology has clearly evolved over the years, and new developments are announced almost daily. Definition and the importance of communication skill Definition of communication skill Communication skills are the ability to send messages that thoroughly received and understood by the audience. The communication skills we should equip for ourselves are:

    • Asking good question A review of literature indicates that oral communication has been identified as a learnable skill. Furthermore, communication skills development has been demonstrated through the use of various methods, such as class discussions and others. (Riemer, 2002) While the study of famous speeches, learning oral communication theories and techniques from textbooks will still be beneficial, it should be noted that the literature has indicated that experiential methods have generally yielded better results than purely didactic means. Meanwhile, employees who communicate efficiently with colleagues, managers and clients are usually valuable assets to an organization and it is a skill which can commonly set people aside from their competition when applying for jobs. The workplace is the most typical place for miscommunication, and it ought to have severe aftermaths on your career. Therefore, as a expert, you must crave to have brilliant communication skills. Here are some specific benefits to prove how important communication skills are:
