PROJECTPROPOSALOUTLINE
I. PROJECTDESCRIPTION
Theprojectisentitled“WheeltoLearn,”whereinmobilevehicleswillbeprovidedtogoaroundthe
locationtoteachandgivechildrenages5to12yearsoldpropereducationthattheycan’taffordor
don’thaveaccessto.Thisprojectisallaboutprovidingachanceandhopeforstreetchildrenorany
childwhocan’taffordtogotoschool,learn,andhaveapropereducation.Thisprojectwillusea
schoolbusoranyvehiclethatwillcontainalllearningmaterialsneededforthesaidbeneficiaries.
II. PROJECTRATIONALE
Manychildrenareroamingaroundthestreetslookingforsomethingtoeat,wear,andasheltertostay
in.Most,ifnotall,ofthesechildrendon’thaveaccesstoeducation,notjustinthesaidareabutallover
thecountry-mostofthechildrendon’thaveaccesstoeducation.Thisprojectmaybeimplementedin
otherareasthatneedamobileclassroom forthechildren.Thisprojecthasalsobeenimplementedin
differentpartsofthecountryworldwide.Notonlywillitgivethesechildrensomeknowledgeand
education,butitwillalsoinspireothersnottotakeforgrantedthethingstheyhaverightnow because
somearebornblessedwhileothersdon’t.
III. PROJECTBENEFICIARIES
Thetargetbeneficiariesarestreetchildrenages5-12yearsold.Thesearechildrenwhodon’thave
accesstoeducation.Childrenwhoweredeprivedoflearning.Thetargetbeneficiariesmayexpandto
thosechildrenwhocan’t/affordtogotoschool(notonlystreetchildren)buthavethe“wheel(will)to
learn.”
