Activity 1: PIE-LINGS (PIE GRAPH OF FEELINGS)
So, I want to ask, Kumusta kayo? This is strange feeling that we are experiencing, don’t
you agree? So how are you? … Are you okay?... Not okay? ... Were you not okay four months
ago? But okay now?... So many different kinds of questions, but just really trying to know how
have you been holding up with the COVID 19 pandemic and all the things that´s been happening
around us .
Can I ask you to identify about five (5) feelings or emotions that you have experienced
during the past few months/weeks or days? I will give you time to think about it…
Using the sheet of paper, can you create a pie graph of the feelings that you may have felt
during the crisis situations that you experienced? Try to represent the percentages of time that
you were feeling that way. Rate each feeling based on how much or how often you felt that way
over the past few months/weeks/days. I will give you 5 minutes to do this activity. After 5
minutes you can re-write the graph on the answer sheet attached to this lesson.
Your Pie-Lings:
This is what a Pie
Graph looks like.
Can you draw one?
