For my pilgrimage I would travel to burning man. I would travel there because I have a lot of
stuff I need to release and let go. I would fly a plane, drive, and then walk some of the way to
sightsee. I would visit red rock canyon a famous landmark in the Nevada.
My purpose of this pilgrimage is to release the past. Hoping to leave there with a free mind, no
bad memories. This journey would move me to a higher Stage of faith. Making my relationship
with others better and closer. Healing my heart and mind.
I would light a candle and say a prayer when I get there. That’s the whole purpose of my
pilgrimage is burn the past. I believe when you say a prayer and believe in it that’s all it takes.
The video we watched about the father and his daughter when they went to burning man is
why I choose this pilgrimage. They went there to say A goodbye to their deceased family
members. That’s what inspired me, releasing the past and moving on with the future.
