The concept of reflective practice, as defined by John Dewey, Boud, Keogh, and Walker, and Schön. Reflection is a critical component of action research, allowing individuals to challenge assumptions, connect with feelings, and evaluate experiences in order to improve understanding and application of their craft. the reflective process, including the three phases of returning to the experience, connecting with feelings, and evaluating the experience, as well as reflection-in-action and reflection-on-action.
