CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
World Wide Web (www)
The World Wide Web (WWW) is combination of all resources and users on the Internet that are using the Hypertext Transfer Protocol. A broader definition comes from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C): "The World Wide Web is the universe of network-accessible information, an embodiment of human knowledge." Tim Berners Lee is the inventor of the Web. Berners-Lee developed hypertext, the method of instant cross-referencing that supports communications on the Web, making it easy to link content on one web page to content located elsewhere. The introduction of hypertext revolutionized the way people used the internet. The World Wide Web has been widely available since 1991
WEBPAGE
Web page is document on internet that can be accessed through a web browser by providing the correct address in the search engine. Every web page is identified by unique URL. Web page contains text, graphics, images, sounds and video clips all in one place.
WEB SERVER
Web server is a super computer which fulfills the requests of clients for recourses. These are connected to the internet 24/7 time. Internet applications, such as the web, are based on the concept of client/server architecture. In a client /server architecture, some application programs act as information providers (servers), while other application programs act as information receivers (clients). The client/servers architecture is not one-to-one. That is, a single client can access many different servers, and a single server can be accessed by a number of different clients. Usually, a user runs a client application, such as Web browser, that contacts one server at a time to obtain information. Because it only needs to access one server at a time, client software can run on
almost any computer, including small handheld devices such as personal organizers and cellular telephones. To supply information to others, a computer must run a server application. Although server software can run on any computer, most companies choose large, powerful computers to run server software because the companies expect s many clients to be in contact with server at any given time. A faster computer enables the server program to return information with less delay.
WEB BROWSER
Web browser is a software that provide the facility to search the word\sentence or any other item in the search engine. Web browser allow the user to open multiple website at the same time, either in different browser windows or in different tabs of same window. Chrome (Chrome is developed by Google), Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer is developed by micro soft), Mozilla Firefox (developed by Mozilla foundation) etc.
Website
It is very important component through which a user interacts with the Internet. It is collection of documents. A website consists of web pages. Just like a book is a website and a single page in a book is a web page. A website consists of web pages such as Home, Privacy, and Gallery etc.
Static Website
A website without database connectivity is known as static website. These websites are not most commonly used. A static website contains web pages with fixed content. Each page is coded in html and displays the same information to every visitor. Static sites are the most basic type of website and are the easiest to create. Unlike dynamic websites, they do not require any Web programming or database design. A static site can be built by simply creating a few HTML pages and publishing them to a Web server. Since static Web pages contain fixed code, the content of each page does not change unless it is manually updated by the webmaster. This works well for small websites, but it can make large sites with hundreds or thousands of pages difficult to maintain. Therefore, larger websites typically use dynamic pages, which can be updated by simply modifying a database record.

Abstract
The main goal of this project is to give information about DPS & College Drosh Chitral and to provide a guideline for the users to retain and store information in a simple to use way. This project will manage the information in a better way and will provide a detailed information’s about this organization. It is Static software with the facility to make amendments. It is also safe from Un-authorized approaches and amendments. One can get required information with just one click and every aspect of the college has been highlighted in an appropriate way with the required details. The tools that we have use during completion of the project are CSS, adobe Dreamweaver, adobe Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript etc.
CHAPTER 3
PRESENT AND PROPOSED SYSTEM
Present System
Present system in the school is the manual system. All the official works are performed with hand writing. Patients and Customers faces a lot of problems at the time of admitted and buying tablets etc. as they had to come to school. Due to these multi-dimensional drawbacks the present system failed badly.
Proposed system
After a deep thorough study of the existing system, we reached to the conclusion that the existing system has several drawbacks both in technical as well as logical point of view. These shortcomings can be removing after introducing a reliable, durable, cheap and easily accessible system, as an alternate of the existing system. Keeping in mind the entire scenario we have proposed a computerized system, which is, obviously a reliable, fast, cheapest and easily accessible to users. The newly proposed system will definitely help the students in many ways. After the introduction of this system this system the patient and customers will be able to get all the information about the school through the website.

This page contains information about the admission procedure of DPS & DC. The page contains online admission form and a link to download the admission form for manual admission process.

This page gives information about examination process. Anyone can check his/her
result through online result system. The online result system is available in the

The entire project was designed in the Macromedia Dreamweaver along with HTML commands for editing.
ADOBE PHOTOSHOP
It is graphic designing application software used to create, edit and manage pictures. Or it is a image editing software developed and manufactured by adobe system Inc. Photoshop is considered one of the leaders in photo editing software. The software allows users to manipulate, crop, resize, and correct color on digital photos. The software is particularly popular amongst professional photographers all the pictures and images were edited using the Photoshop tools.
MICROSOFT OFFICE
It is word processing application software used to type different types of documentations. It helps you produce professional-looking documents by providing a comprehensive set of tools for creating and formatting your documents in a new interface. Rich review, commenting, and
