Dear Sir/Madam
I was in my recording studio doing an important project when the speakers and the microphones
stopped working. I am writing to complain about that electronic equipment I bought from your shop
that isn’t working.
To begin with, the speakers that I bought didn’t work as in the shop you explained me, so that was a
problem when I had to connect them in my studio, the same happens with the microphones. Then,
when I found how to use them, they started failing, and took me a lot of problems. Also, when the
singer uses the microphone sometimes it leaves strong electrical shocks and the speakers sometimes
modify the sound making an annoying noise.
But, what was unacceptable was that I called the service operator of your company twice to see if
they could solve the problem, and both times I called they came to see what was the problem with
the speakers and the microphones, and they took them to the company. When they came back with
the electronic equipment fixed, when I used them in my studio I noticed that they were at the same
conditions the service operator took them before.
As you will imagine I am very upset because all this things that had happened. You should
understand that this is the third time I have problems with your electronic devices, so I look forward
to receiving a full refund and some apologies from your company.
