Ada Lovelace: The First Computer Programmer, Resúmenes de Inglés Técnico

An overview of the life and achievements of ada lovelace, a pioneering mathematician and computer scientist who is widely regarded as the first computer programmer. Born in 1815, lovelace was the daughter of a mathematician and a poet, and from a young age she displayed a keen interest in mathematics and the natural sciences. Despite facing societal barriers as a woman in the 19th century, lovelace made significant contributions to the field of computer science, including her work on charles babbage's analytical engine, which she recognized as a general-purpose computer capable of performing complex calculations. Lovelace's innovative ideas and programming concepts, which she outlined in her notes on the analytical engine, have had a lasting impact on the development of modern computing. Lovelace's life, her groundbreaking work, and her enduring legacy as a trailblazer in the field of computer science.

Ada Lovelace was born on December 10, 1815. Her mother was a mathematician and social
activist and her father was a poet. When she was eleven years old, she dedicated herself to
studying mathematics and after a while she became obsessed with the idea of flying, so she
began to study everything related to the flight of birds and to build wings.
by 1843, she was a recognized mathematician, although she continued to sign her papers
with her initials for fear that because they were written by a woman they would be rejected.
She was the first programmer in history, her mechanical analytical machine allowed to
calculate any algebraic function and store numbers; the program was entered into the
machine using cards.
At twenty-nine she became seriously ill. After many years of suffering, Augusta Ada Byron
passed away in London on November 27, 1852.
