«Illegal downloading from the Internet should be punished»
Currently, all over the world, it is very common to download multimedia content, be it
movies, music, games, etc., in practically any home. But that does lose money to many
record companies and companies, which is why it is outlawed. It should be punished?
First of all, I think that consuming movies, music, playing video games ... should be a right
for everyone, regardless of where we live or who we are, we should all be able to consume
this type of product. Therefore, in my opinion, I think that people should not be punished
when downloading this type of content manually, since not everyone can have the luxury
of going to the movies, for example.
In addition, neither should this type of service be abused. Many people think that it should
be totally free to download all kinds of multimedia. And, although they have part of reason,
this consumption should never be squandered, because afterwards there are events such
as the sale of illegal products, which is really bad.
To sum up, those who download multimedia content for their own use should not be
punished, but those who abuse this right to earn money and set up an illegal business
should be penalized.
