How important is being flexible, creative and self-sufficient in rural /
urban schools?
It is very important to be flexible in different areas as it is relevant to establish a
teacher-student connection and will also allow to expand the teaching methods.
Being a creative person within schools is essential, because teaching must be
didactic to be able to capture the attention of students in an accurate way. Being
self-sufficient is important because it is the ability to achieve things on their own and
this is necessary for both educators and students.
