1. How is the tone of each trailer different? What changes create this tone in the unofficial trailer
(second video)?
In the first video, the tone is familiar and happy. On the other side, in the second trailer the tone is
mysterious and kind of frightening, this difference between the trailers although the film is the
same, is obtained because of changes, like the music, the type of scenes and dialogues selected or
the special effects added to the trailer.
2. How do these changes affect the mood of the new, unofficial trailer?
The mood of the unofficial trailer is really affected with these changes, it seems like a trailer of an
horror movie or that is not for all the family. The music and the scene selection for the trailer are
the most important changes, the music is selected to intend frighten and the dialogue on the trailer
is the adequate transform the trailer in film that is not happy at all.
3. How do these changes affect your feelings toward the film? Which trailer do you like better?
There are a lot of difference between the trailer one makes me think the film will make me laugh and the
other frighten. My favorite trailer was the first one because I like comedy films more than horror films. I
would definitely watch the complete film if I first see the original trailer but with the unofficial, I would
think it more.
