Should people who are studying or
working hard take regular exercise?
(P1. Introduction)
The lifestyle of a student or a hard worker can be difficult because on many occasions we
could feel that we don't have time to do exercise but is important to know that exercising
regularly decreases a person's risk of developing some diseases and can help keep our
body at a healthy weight. For the students, optimizes your mindset to improve alertness,
attention, and motivation just for the mention, is for that invites all the students to do exercise.
(P2. Lifestyle)
Typically, university students (and also workers) are known for having an unhealthy lifestyle.
Drinking, reduction of sleep time and a poor diet are just examples. Students are notorious
for constantly going out, as a result, many students become consistently tired and fatigued.
This ultimately drives to illness and students being unable to pay attention in class and
attend lectures due to sleep deprivation, furthermore, a diet poor in variety and nutritional
value could eventually damage the health of many students and workers.
(P3. Health benefits)
A central place is that exercise isnt just about physical and muscle size. Regular exercise
can have an important positive impact on depression or anxiety. It also reduces stress,
improves memory, helps to sleep better, major our general mood and we don’t have to be a
fitness fanatic to see the benefits. In contrast, not doing exercise could increase the
development of diseases like obesity, high blood pressure, reduces the level of blood
cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes. At school is a great way to stay in shape while you study,
can also make you an even better student than you already are.
(P4. Find time to do exercise/recommendations)
It can be difficult to find time to do exercise when like a student trying to balance work, uni
and social life, but nowadays with the pandemic era is easier to do exercise at home, there
are many videos on YouTube and many gyms provide different accommodation options. If
you have a busy daily routine, a helpful way to do exercise is to do it in the morning. Getting
up half an hour earlier than you normally do can give you time to go for a quick walk, jog, or
exercise at home.
(P5. Conclusions)
Is particularly important to do exercise because brings us many physical and psychological
benefits, like students major our concentration and gives us more energy. We must take
advantage of the new tools that the internet gives us and make it a habit in our lives.
