The origins of LGBT gender ideology can be traced to the historic struggles and activism of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. The emergence of the LGBT rights movement in the mid-20th century paved the way for increased visibility and acceptance of different gender identities and sexual orientations. The struggle for equality and recognition has led to the development of theories and ideologies aimed at challenging traditional gender roles, binary gender understandings, and heterosexual norms. Influenced by feminist theory and queer theory, these ideologies seek to dismantle structures that bind individuals to conceptions of masculinity and femininity. Gender is not a choice because it is so ingrained in our biology and our identities. Although there are different views and debates about gender ideology, it is important to realize that gender identity cannot be chosen or changed based on belief alone. Scientific evidence supports the understanding that gender is determined by a combination of genetic, hormonal, and neurological factors that manifest in individuals as feelings about their own gender identity. This inner aspect of ourselves is often recognized and understood from an early age. The claim that gender is a choice oversimplifies the complexities of gender identity and ignores the lived experiences of countless people who affirm their gender throughout their lives.

harmful stereotypes and discrimination. By promoting understanding of different gender identities, we can create a more just and harmonious society where the rights and experiences of all are valued and protected.
