What time is the party? A: The party is at 8, and I hope to see you there. B: Maybe I will go. Who's going to be there?

A: The whole school is going to be there. B: What's going to be so much fun about this party? A: There's going to be a live DJ, food, and drinks at the party. B: It seems like it will be a very good time. A: So I guess I'll see you there? B: Indeed! I need to join the fun. A: What are you doing this weekend? B: I am not sure. What are you doing? A: I was thinking of maybe taking a drive to the beach. B: That sounds like a great idea! A: Would you be interested in joining me? B: Sure, I would love to go with you. When would you be leaving? A: I thought that we could leave around 8:00 on Saturday morning. B: That would give us plenty of time to explore. Did you know that there is a music festival on the beach in Santa Barbara? A: That was part of my plan. B: Well then, I'll see you on Saturday. Thanks for asking me to go with you. 2 A: Do you want to go to the beach tonight? B: Sure, which beach are we going to? A: I wanted to go to Malibu beach. B: I like Santa Monica. A: The water there looks so dirty. B: I just like the pier they have at Santa Monica. A: I like the pier too, because it's beautiful at night. B: Is Malibu beach nice? A: It's a lot nicer, and I really like it better. B: So you want to go to Malibu? A: If that's okay with you. B: Sure, let's go to Malibu. 2 A: What do you think about going to the beach tonight? B: I'd love to. Which beach? A: It's up to you, but I was thinking Malibu beach. B: I really like Santa Monica beach. A: But the water there doesn't look too clean. B: I only go because of the pier.

A: I kind of know where you live, but could you e-mail me your address? B: I can do that. Do you have anyone that you would like to bring with you to the party? A: I would really like to bring my friend Jake, if that would be OK. B: Oh yeah, I remember Jake. That would be fine. A: Would you like some help with the food? B: Just bring along whatever it is that you and Jake would like to drink. 2 A: Hi Joe, is everything going OK with you? B: Things are great. Mary, I am having a party on Friday night and was wondering if you would be available? A: I would love to come to your party! B: I am glad you are free. Do you know how to get to my house? A: If you would e-mail me your address, that would help. B: Sure, no problem. Can you think of anyone else I can invite to the party? A: My friend Jake is in town, and I would like it if I could bring him. B: Sure, bring Jake along. The more the merrier! A: Can I bring anything? B: If there is something special that you and Jake would like to drink, bring that along. 3 A: Hey Joe, how's it going? B: Oh good, Mary. I was hoping I'd see you today. Would you like to come to a party on Friday night? A: A party would be a perfect way to end the week! B: Good! Do you need my address? A: I've been to your house once, but I would appreciate you e-mailing me your address. B: That would be no trouble at all. Who else do you think I should ask to the party? A: I don't know if you remember my friend Jake, but I would like to bring him with me. B: Jake would be welcome. If you think of anyone else, feel free to bring them along also. A: What would you like me to bring? B: Everything is taken care of, but if you and Jake want to bring something to drink, that would be appreciated.
