1. What was your motivation to study geological engineering?
The interest in knowing the earth, its processes, its materials, its history, as well
as its effect on people and life in general.
2. How much experience do you have?
What is necessary to be able to assume the job; but of course, with the
imperative to continue learning.
3. What are your hobbies?
Listen to music, play sports, walk in the open country and enjoy nature.
4. Why do you think you are the right person for this job?
Because I am sure of my training and acquired knowledge, and I am convinced
that I am capable; consequently, adequate to take on that job.
5. Do you know someone who works in this company?
No, I don't know anyone.
6. Would you rather work alone or in a group?
Obviously I like to work in a team, I am one of the people that encourages
teamwork.
7. Have you got any profesional practice?
Yes, not very extensive because of my age, but enough and relevant to take on
that job.
8. Do you have any health problem?
None, I am in optimal condition.
9. Why do you want to leave your current job?
I consider it as a growth of personal development, facing new challenges,
performing for example in this job, which is suitable for my professional profile
10. Describe your academic background
My academic training is a constant assimilation of knowledge, not only from the
theoretical aspect; but, an assimilation by the praxis, this includes not only the
practice in laboratories or in field trips; but, the assimilation of knowledge in
companies of known name, with real facts, with day-to-day events and adding to
it, the assimilation of knowledge in educational activities outside the country.
11. Do you think you are suitable for this job position?
NO! I don't just think so, I'm sure I'm the right one for that job.
12. Do you know how to work as a team?
Yes! Moreover, I like it; I practice it a lot and encourage it.
13. How many languages do you speak?
Two languages, Spanish and English; In addition, I dominate an original
language, Quechua.

  5. How many types of minerals do you know? Various, but in strict knowledge, the main.
  6. How long have you been working at INGEMET? I have served three years contributing to the production of it.
  7. What mineral is collect fool’s gold? I know that pyrite is a mineral that we can confuse with gold, it has the same characteristics, and gold is commonly used for the economic solvency of the country and for jewelry.

  9. Have you ever had any addiction? No, I have no vice.
  10. How would you describe yourself? I am a happy person with what I do, with my work, I am a cheerful, active, energetic, leading person, capable of handling situations in a timely manner.
  11. What attitude would you take in case of a labor crisis? I consider that first serenity, serenity with myself and with others. From this focus on the problem and propose solutions from my faculties.
