B. OBJETIVO GENERAL :

Alcanzar un nivel de desempeño A1 y bases para un pre A 2 + de acuerdo con el Marco

Común Europeo de Referencia de las Lenguas a través de la instrucción del idioma

inglés mediante la ejecución del Programa: INGLES INICIAL, formándose

conocimientos y habilidades lingüísticas para el desarrollo de competencias

lingüísticas en el idioma inglés respecto a:

• Comprensión Auditiva

• Comprensión Lectora

• Producción Escrita

• Producción Oral

• Interacción Verbal

• Uso del Idioma (gramática y

vocabulario)

C. METODOLOGÍA:

El Programa INGLES INICIAL desarrolla la competencia comunicativa para lograr un

grado satisfactorio las habilidades lingüísticas por parte del estudiante, entendiendo,

interactuando y expresándose en situaciones de comunicación de una manera simple

de acuerdo con su nivel inicial.

Nuestra metodología Live Communication Plus promueve la comunicación activa y

las experiencias de vida. El núcleo de nuestro método consiste en lecciones prácticas,

divertidas y centradas en el estudiante donde los Instructores aplican principios y

SISTEMA DE EVALUACIÓN: El sistema de evaluación del curso de inglés es la Evaluación Continua (On going Assessment) el cual permite constante evaluación y participación de los aprendices confirmando el logro de objetivos a través de la participación y uso del idioma. ITEM COMPONENT DESCRIPTION % 1 Final Project Un trabajo grupal el cual cuenta con dos partes una asignación escrita y una presentación oral a través de video.

2 Discussion Asignación de WRITING donde el alumno no solo deberá responder, sino también interactuar con mínimo 2 de sus compañeros, realizando comentarios o preguntas. El Foro debe conceptualizarse como una herramienta de construcción del aprendizaje compartido en grupo mediante el aporte diferente de cada alumno

3 Participation El instructor asigna esta nota de acuerdo con el desempeño y aprendizaje individual del aprendiz. El instructor utiliza estrategias variadas para esta verificación como preguntas abiertas, preguntas dirigidas, valoración de las intervenciones en clase con el fin del uso apropiado del idioma en su producción oral.

4 Test Autoevaluaciones por semana 10 % 5 Final Test Al finalizar el curso los aprendices deberán responder una autoevaluación final.

6 MyELT Desarrollar y completar los ejercicios de la plataforma MyELT, previa a su clase de SPEAKING y posterior a ellas a fin de reforzar las habilidades lingüísticas.

The use of grammar structures and vocabulary are poor and they do not approximate to the learning goal. An outstanding use of grammar structures and vocabulary that corresponds to the learning goal. The effort to speak made by the student goes beyond the minimum required for the evaluation/activity. The product has a lot of energy and The student performs an outstanding discourse complying with the requirements of the task with great control of several resources. 4 3 The communication is fair enough, the student makes use of some features such as speed, clarity, intonation according to the level of the class. A fair use of grammar structures and vocabulary that slightly approximate to the learning goal. The effort to speak made by the student is considerable for the evaluation/activity. The product has little energy and some dedication into it. The student performs a simple discourse complying with the requirements of the task with fair control of several resources. 2 1 The communication is very poor in reference to the level of the class; the student makes use of almost no features related to speed, clarity, and fluency. A poor use of grammar structures and vocabulary that do not approximate to the learning goal. There is no effort to speak made by the student at all for the evaluation/activity. The product has no energy and very little dedication into it.
