Sebastian: But you shouldn't sleep less, the specialists said that it causes a
hormonal imbalance if you sleep less than 6 hours
Lila: If one of the causes of sleeping for a few hours is irritability, anxiety and
tiredness, it can cause hunger and increase the risk of being overweight.
Sebastian: When there is an altered release of hormonal pressure, an increase in
abdominal fat is generated. And finally, if you want to reduce the risk of gaining
weight, doctors should recommend the use of melatonin, which helps you sleep
much better.
