As my partners said, The Arctic ice cap reaches its maximum extent every March and over the next six months it dwindles. The low point is reached around mid-September then the ice growth cycle restarts. However, the extent of regrowth began to be insufficient towards the end of the last century. This is a direct consequence of heating triggered by increased levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
To solve these problems that beset the poles, plenty of experts, scientists and meteorologists have come up with peculiar solutions. I will make a broad outlook of some of these possible results starting from the specific one to the general one.
Firstly, physicist Steven Desch is willing to replenish the shrinking sea ice by building approximately 10 million wind-powered pumps over the Arctic ice cap. In winter, these would be used to pour water to the surface of the ice where it would freeze, thickening the cap which means longer- lasting ice. The idea is attractive and desirable however, the price is not that gratifying, the price tag is 500 billion dollars.
At this point, the second solution suggested comes up to light: economy and money invested. Al Gore, a climate advocate, forges the idea that if the government invested the money spent on the Iraq War, the problem of the payment could be solved. Al gore also endorses the idea of the inaccurate way the money is managed by claiming that the government should settle a price on carbon so as reducing its consumption and replacing taxation on employment, which was invented by Bismarck and some things have changed since the 19th^ century.
Therefore, it is not enough to tell people to stop burning fossil fuels, some of the possible solutions are addressed and they are scientifically possible, however there must be a collective consciousness both in population, in general, and government specifically.
