óptica.
This project consists setting-up of an optical shop that will be located in the City of Oviedo (Asturias), under the commercial name " OCULISVISIÓN ". In this shop we will offer visual examinations, contactology and sale of maintenance solution, distribution of glasses (eyeglasses, sunglasses, over-the-counter glasses), reparation and assembly of glasses, service of replacement parts, low vision devices and customized service in vision therapy.
The sector of the optics and optometry, after a few years of descent on sales, it is experimenting a strong transformation, on the search of major profitability, many agents of the sector seek to associate, well to a group of image or to an exemption, taking advantage of your advantages, less frequent it is the creation of an independent optics.
Inside the optical sector, we find the following competitors: optical independent, big surfaces and malls, drugstores, shops of sunglasses, bazaars, optical belonging to exemptions that compete with a powerful brand image, prices...
Initially, the work team will be integrated by an individual entrepreneur (optometrist) and one shop assistant with three years of experience in the sector to helps with customer advice.
The juridical form chosen for this company will be the Society of Limited Individual Responsibility. The minimal capital is 3.000 euros, and the responsibility is limited to the contributed capital.
According to the National Code of Economic Activities (2.009), the company will belong to the group G: wholesale and retail Trade and his CNAE will be 4778: Another retail trade of new articles in specialized establishments.
Motivating Angle: advice from the moment that the client enters the shop, simultaneously that option of adjustment of contact lenses with gift of a free month of the same ones, besides free review of the sight.
We want to transmit an image of seriousness, professionalism, honesty, commitment and familiar treatment. For it we will use the following tools, business cards, information leaflets, to promise to be in Google, to create our web page..
Also we will realize campaigns of promotion with the aim of:

One of the big threats of the optical sector they are the operations of ocular surgery to correct problems of vision. Spain places at the head of Europe in number of operations of refractive surgery, realized to reduce the myopia, hipermetropía and astigmatism, with more than 250.000 realized interventions every year.
We will realize a study DAFO with the aim to analyze the company in his internal and external context, providing a global vision of his situation and with it, to be able to design a commercial effective strategy.
We seek to realize a segmentation of the optical market, which allows us to discover commercial opportunities, a major efficiency in the assignment of resources, better adjustment to the needs and requirements of the clients.
The major difficulty that one finds in the process of segmentation is that on having realized the study of the market, it is necessary to establish a series of conditions and / or criteria to be able to obtain positive advantages of the above mentioned segmentation, the criteria are for example: geographical , socioeconomic (age, sex, marital status, education ..), psychological (impulsive, extrovert ..) conduct of the buyer (frequency of purchase, motives of purchase, sensibility to the price ..)
To conclude, in the economic - financial paragraph of the project, we will analyze the present and future viability of the company, from the analysis of the profitability, by means of the accomplishment of a sales forecast, balance of situation and account of results, showing the predictable sustainability of the project in the future.
The study of the ratios to value the economic and financial viability of the company we are going to synthesize them in 2 groups: the first one includes those who contribute information about the profitability of the company and the cost structure, and they serve specifically to the economic analysis.
The second one includes those who are orientated towards the financial analysis, contributing information about the patrimonial structure, the financing sources and the financial costs.
The dead point gives us information about the minimal level of sales to cover all the costs of the company, we observe like in the first year do not overcome the minimal threshold to settle the costs, nevertheless in the second and third year, the sales already overcome the dead point, therefore the company starts obtaining benefits, as the account of results shows.
With regard to the indicator of economic activity, the first year is negative but from 2 º year shows a few positive results, indicating that the company starts being profitable.
The financial profitability, it relates the net profit obtained with the own resources, that is to say, it measures the result generated by the company in relation to the investment of the sole proprietor. As the value of the ratio is major, better it will be the financial profitability, and the expectations of the entrepreneur will be covered better. The first year the forecasts of the businessman are not covered, it obtains losses; the ratio of the financial profitability is negative.
The ratio of solvency indicates us the capacity of the company to be able to pay the short-term debts. Since it is superior to 1, it indicates us that it is not in technical situation of payments, but on the contrary, the company is very solvent and does not have problem in facing to his obligations of short-term payments.
The ratio of debt indicates us it levered up that is the company, by means of external financing, differing between long and short term. The company obtains benefits from the second year, due to the major investment in advertising and communication, which attracts the effective public, also, that once positioned in the sector, the clients' loyalty begins, obtaining a major number of sales in the exercise.
Once elaborated the balance sheet of situation, account of results and you prop, realized the study of economic and financial viability of the company, we have come to the conclusion, that from the second year in forward, the company obtains positive results, being viable and predictably also it be in the future.

Mitjançant aquest projecte, he portat a terme un pla de negoci consistent en la creació d’una òptica a la ciutat d’Oviedo (Astúries), amb el nom comercial de “OCULISVISIÓN”, oferint servei de correcció visual, contactologia, venda de graduat i sol sense graduar, activitat de muntatge de lents, servei de recanvis, venda al detall de solucions de manteniment, adaptació d’ajudes en baixa visió i servei personalitzat de teràpia visual.
Realitzarem un estudi de mercat, amb el objectiu de conèixer en profunditat el comportament del consumidor, per dissenyar estratègies de marketing que s’ajustin a les necessitats especifiques dels clients i anticipar-nos a la competència mitjançant la identificació de potencialitats del mercat.
Inicialment el equip de treball estarà compost per un empresari individual que és òptic- optometrista i un dependent amb formació provada de 3 anys en el sector, que realitzi activitats de muntatge de lents i assessorament al client.
Finalment, en el apartat econòmic-financer del projecte, analitzarem la viabilitat present i futura de l’empresa, a partir del anàlisi de la rendibilitat, amb la realització d’una previsió de vendes, balanç de situació i compte de resultats, mostrant la previsible sostenibilitat del projecte en el futur.

The aim of this business plan is to perform a market analysis and become acquainted with the depth of consumer behavior, thus, I will design marketing strategies focused on customer needs and be competitive covering those needs in advance.
Initially, the work team will be integrated by an individual entrepreneur (optometrist) and one shop assistant with three years of experience in the sector to helps with customer advice.
Finally, in the financial section of this project, we will analyze the present and future viability of the company; from cost benefit analysis though sales forecast, balance sheets and income statements to project the performance of this project.
El establecimiento óptico “Oculisvision” pertenece al sector de la óptica, y ha de obtener los permisos sanitarios necesarios para empezar a ejercer su actividad (anexo 1), la cual estará orientada a la prestación de servicios ópticos, venta y adaptación de gafas y lentes de contacto, montaje en taller de gafas, reparación y servicio post-venta, soldadura..
En el mismo centro, realizaremos montaje en taller, prestación de servicios ópticos en gabinete, llevaremos a cabo adaptación de lentes de contacto y asesoramiento en punto de venta. También ofreceremos al consumidor final productos, como soluciones de mantenimiento de lentes de contacto, gafas de lectura, para maquillaje, cordones, prismáticos y lupas.
Los pedidos a proveedor se resumen a continuación:
Lentes sin montar, con sus correspondientes tratamientos, a demanda del usuario en cada caso, que a través de procesos como montaje y pulido, se incorporan a la montura, para la venta final al usuario.
Monturas de sol y graduado
Packs y blisters de lentes de contacto
Tornillería, plaquetas y demás enseres..
Mantenimiento de biseladora o intercambio de piezas si es necesario.
Gafas de lectura, cordones, toallitas limpiagafas..
Liquidos y soluciones de mantenimiento
El ámbito de trabajo previsto inicialmente es el regional, quizás a largo plazo, ya abarcaríamos un área comercial más amplia, a nivel nacional.
La clientela principal de este establecimiento sería:
Particulares que vienen por derivación del oftalmólogo con receta, o público en general que desea una revisión visual gratuita con asesoramiento posterior, por si decide comprarse las gafas en nuestro establecimiento.
Comerciantes y trabajadores de la zona a los que les hemos ofrecido un descuento por acudir a nuestra óptica, así como a mayores de 65 años que se beneficiarían de un descuento similar.
Respecto al local, buscaremos una zona de paso, mejor céntrica en un núcleo con abundante población, nuestro emplazamiento será en Oviedo, y el local será de 95 m2. (En el anexo 2 , figura el plano de su ubicación e interior del local)
Este emplazamiento se ha elegido con el fin de beneficiar su posición competitiva en el mercado, además se encuentra rodeado de calles principales, habitualmente muy transitadas, y muy cerca está la autopista que va hacia Oviedo, Santander y demás localidades asturianas.
