There is a very simple structure that you must learn
in order to form your present continuous sentences
in English. First of all you must put the syllable '-
ing' at the end of your verb and put the appropriate
conjugation of the verb 'To Be' before it.
Subject + verb To Be (am/is/are) + verb + ing
The present continuous is the verb
tense that expresses all those actions
that are prolonged in time, both past,
present and future.
EXAMPLE
And there are more complex ones that we
must vary a bit to conjugate.
Regular verbs and irregular verbs
As you may already know, for the different ways of
conjugating verbs in English there are some simpler
ones that you simply adapt by adding an ending (for
example '-ed' to form the past tense of the verb).
