What we like the most is that is very easy to make and their unique flavor, and it’s very liquidity because all of their ingredients, if we think about it we like this smoothie because all the benefits and nutrients that it gives us because it’s made of all the good stuff that make us feel satisfied and full of energy. What we don’t like is the variety of fruits that can be made, for example papaya. This fruit makes the smoothie taste weird and it’s not what everyone would love to drink during the morning. Like we know the breakfast is a very fundamental to be productive during the day, so we think about what food can give us energy and at the same time nourish us, we can choose a smoothie made of fruits, in this case the banana is easy to ingest and also easy to make, but without saying that this has a lot of ingredients that gives us a lot of benefits for our health. We recommend it to drink it in the morning so the purpose of this has more effect, we also recommend to adapt the ingredients according to each person and their preferences, we recommend to choose their favorite milk so the flavor has a good taste, if you like you can add more ingredients that are equivalent to the measurements of the recipe because what we don’t want is that the smoothies became tick. For this recipe we need to follow the steps. We are gonna need the following ingredient:500ml of whole milk, 1 banana and a half, 1 cup of protein powder(flavor of your preference), 50g of oatmeal, 50g of amaranth, 30g of coconut powder and 2 tsp of vanilla extract Why do we choose this food?
