Handle
To begin, I will talk about the pickaxe; this tool primarily has two parts: pike
and handle.
Secondly I will talk about the main instructions for using this tool.
1- Use the pickaxe always whit both hands.
2- Always sharper the tip of the pike.
3- Always use protection for particle projection.
4- Never leave the tip of pike in the ground up.
5- Hold the handle of the sink properly.
6- Do not use the pickaxe if the handle is not held correctly.
7- When we finish our work we must put the shelter for the pike.
8- Always keep the peak in moisture free.
Thirdly, to transport this tool, must be stored in your case and with proper
protection for pike too.
Next I will talk about the proper tool maintenance.
1- The tool should be always sharp.
2- The handle should be securely attached to the pike.
3- The pickaxe should be always stored in your case.
Then, I will talk about the PPE.
We should use safety gloves to avoid cuts, we should use safety gaggles to
protect the particles and we should use safety boots to protect from possible
falling objects, we also need to use hearing protection.
Later I will speak about the safety signs for the tool, there are as follows:
1- Hazard noise.
2- Must wear ear protection.
