Dear Governor.
The intention to be able to express the problem that is presenting itself of carbon dioxide emissions
in the city and damage to the ecosystem.
The importance of expressing through this letter the problem that has arisen of the black clouds left
by the so-called chimney vehicles in the city. It is a problem that takes more strength each year,
mostly large percentage is being given by the automotive park that has no technical-mechanical
review and the rest comes from industries, by using mineral coal in its boilers to generate thermal
energy.
Air pollutants such as particulate matter; where it should be between PM35 and PM2.5, which
monitoring stations show an increase of to PM10. This results in people being with respiratory
diseases in the environment.
To the above ask the following in order to mitigate pollution and raise awareness.
* Control vehicles that produce Carbon Dioxide.
* Track officials who are complying and performing the necessary penalties for vehicles.
* Promote the use of bicycles for transport.
* Perform more controls and visits to the industries used by boiler.
* Campaign to raise awareness of the greenhouse effect and against the deforestation of nature.
