1. Introducción.
a. Today is 7 of febraury and the week of exams is getting closer, it’s a reality, we
have to accept it, and the hours and hours, that become whole days in the
libraries studying too.
b. And before going, the same conversation always happens, at least in my group
of friends, are you going to eat there or are you going to bring food from
home?, and although many times we dont need a very elaborated meal, there
are times when after spending 4 hours in a row studying, feel like something
more than a ham and cheese sandwich or a simple salad.
c. The problem is that the food stays cold, and then no one can eat it for example a
cold lasagna. The complication that we face now is that if we dont have a
microwave nearby or something similar, what do we do?
d. And thats way, Elena and I we are here, to introduce you the electric lunch
box.
2. UPS.
a. First of all, make it clear what UPS means. UPS stands for Unique Selling
Proposition. Or what is the same: the unique selling proposition or the
differential value that a brand or a company can provide. There are tons of
lunch boxes that are the same, maybe the color change but their function is the
same. This one warms you the food apart for the fact that you have the food
protected because the lunch box y harder.
b. In our case, we can say that our product is differentiated, since there is no other
like it on the market.
c. Also, its very comfortable and easy to use, as you can take it everywhere and it
doesnt bother you.
d. And the last thing, is that apart from the lunch box, there is the app, that helps
you to control your meals or help you to organize your weekly meals.
3. How it is being manufactured.
a. First, we Will look for investors that like our Project and they can help us to
start the production process. Also we Will start looking for manufacturers that
can produce the producto (they have the necessary materials and machinery and
if they have the same objectives that us).
b. After getting the money, we Will invest it in the company that we Will had
searched before, and also we Will star with the elaboration of the app, with
workers that are especialised in it.
c. Once that we have our product and app elaborated, we have to advertise it in a
way that catch consumidors antention and stands out from the competition so
the sales grow.
d. Finally, if the producto is going well, and sales only increase, the must improve
the initial producto and sell them in more places and stores.
4. Sales/profit projections.
a. Im not going to extend this much because with the UPS we have said more or
les everything, just to highlight the most important thing that is that being a new
producto in the market and the grear utility that it has, it usually attracts a loto f
the attention of consumers and that makes sales increase.
5. Motivation/inspiration.
a. As many companies, our goa lis to make life easier for our consumers, and also
to make ours easier too. From personal experience we can say that many people
would find it very useful if something like that existed. Youre welcome for
saving your life.
