Some people claim that sport can extremely be benefit for everybody´s health.
However, many experts have a different point of view about this topic, owing to the
fact that practicing sport in a strong way, can be harmful for yourself. Thus, I will
discuss two possible approaches that could be taken.
On the one hand, it is essential the fact that practicing sport as a team. From my
humble point of view, I believe that work as a team has always many advantages in
terms of motivation. In fact, more and more many gyms are trying to program a wide
range of group classes what undoubtedly encourage people. Moreover, I strongly
reckon that not only can it be good for everybody´s health, but it also can be useful in
order to cooperate in a team. Hence, sport in this way can also have benefits in work
area what is really commented.
However, a second benefit could be to show your emotions. I can honestly say that it is
necessary for everybody to distress themselves through sport, no matter what type.
Nevertheless, I would say that it is helpful in order to cooperate with anxiety. In my
view, sport is usually so related to physical health, nonetheless, we should not miss
that mental health is as important as getting fit.
Summing up, I strongly believe that showing emotions is really needed. Nowadays, it is
so common to hear about people with mental issues and as I see it, sport is fairly
benefit in this way.

It is often said that the space where we stay for many hours should be comfortable and clear enough in order to display our knowledge as good as possible. For this reason, many factors can affect our environment differently and hence in this essay I will discuss two possible approaches that could be taken. In first place, the clearance which enters through the windows is extremely necessary in order to have clear ideas in our mind and in order to express them properly. Do you never have that feeling of a hard headache? I am strongly sure a lack of lighting affects that kind of hurt. Moreover, not only is about lighting but it also is about having an outdoors space where you can breathe with natural lighting. On the other hand, to be perfectly honest decoration can also alter our mood while we are working. As I see it, having a cosy area where we can do our work is more than needed in order to create a charming work area. Furthermore, decoration and organisation must go hand in hand, thus, whether we are surrounded by folders and a pile of pieces of paper lying on the floor, it would generate an untidy atmosphere where it would be impossible mission to come up with a brilliant idea. On balance, I feel that decoration is a must in order to create a people- friendly workplace. I would highly recommend having a cosy space which can transmit peace and calm in order to create brilliant ideas. Additionally, it is important to have in our minds that we will pass many hours in this place and that we should consider it as our second home.
